Since 2011 she has served as acting (interim) Chief Development Officer / Director of Development for ten organizations, including Childhaven, Make-A-Wish Alaska and Washington, Year Up Puget Sound, Boys & Girls Club of King County, New Beginnings and Women Donors Network.

A charismatic motivator and excellent listener, Heidi has a reputation for building and leading integrated, loyal, high performing teams, especially during times of change and uncertainty. With strengths in organizational development, cultural competency and emotional intelligence, her unique leadership style sets her apart.

Heidi is a consummate professional in all definitions of that word.  Having never worked with an interim Chief Development Officer before I was just hoping for the best, but Heidi more than surpassed my loftiest of expectations. After 13 years practicing the art and science of raising money, I have sunset my consulting work to pursue another long-held professional interest: becoming a real estate broker!

I am thrilled to now be a full-time real estate broker working with buyers and sellers throughout the Puget Sound.
